What Is Operation Jump 22
Operation Jump 22 was founded in 2017 by a couple of Marines and a licensed skydiver having some lunch, talking about a current epidemic; how many veterans take their lives on a daily basis. They wanted to do everything they can to make a difference. “As a former Marine this is just something I can not have. Not on my watch!” Said Roland. These Men and women risk their lives, put it all on the line, writing a blank check to our nation payable up to the cost of their lives. For these men and women to risk that only to come back stateside and take their own lives is something as Americans we cannot let happen. Operation jump 22 was formed in order to create an exciting, impactful, life-changing event that brings awareness to this issue, and strive to put it to an end.
Supporting Our Warriors
MVP was created in 2015 by NFL insider Jay Glazer and former Green Beret Nate Boyer to address the unique challenges faced by both combat veterans and retired athletes. These men and women can benefit from each other’s strengths, experience and abilities to unlock their full potential and lead their families, communities and country toward a better future. Our mission is simple – to match up former combat veterans and former professional athletes together – after the uniform comes off – to give them a new team to tackle their transitions together.
